Re: How To Pack & Ship BMX Stuff

(Number1bidder) Nice packing for the handle bars I was going to send some handle bars out once and had a hard time with the Post office when I asked if I can do that and the clerk wasn't having it . Now I'll print out the label myself now. Thank you.

Glad it helped txseabee.. Handlebars are tricky to ship cheaply  due to there odd shape

Re: How To Pack & Ship BMX Stuff

To most this is going to seem pretty elementary but I have received decals in boxes and decals loosely packed in an envelope.

If you cut paper board slightly smaller than the envelope then A. This will protect the decal and B. The envelope will still be thin enough to be post marked down at your post office.

How to Pack & Ship Wheels:

Packing and shipping complete wheels is a pain. Here's how I've done it. Only applies to 20" wheels.

Here's what I'm shipping. Araya 7X wheelset:

How do you all ship tires?

Re: How To Pack & Ship BMX Stuff

Flat. Best way is to find a large box that you can reduce to the size of the tires or find a piece of cardboard to build a box.

Mark your envelope "Please do not machine" "Non-Machinable"......big magic marker.

Re: How To Pack & Ship BMX Stuff

Sure thing there's a right way and a wrong way I never allow any metal parts to show all it takes is one puncture from the good old shipping companies and a big gouge in the side of a frame or item, 100% coverage cool
