this is a 1980 Suparoo bmx made by Elizabeth Star Cycles in South Australia for Suparoo then they later became Vortex so i have listed it under Vortex until they make a suparoo file the Suparoo Team was led by Joffre Peirce and Trevor Shepard who later formed the local bike shops JT cycles in SA i built the bike after getting from my mates son which he rode to a state title in Skidkid (a speedway style racing)in Findon which Joffre was a member before bmx.it is built up from a heap of stuff i had lying in the shed form older builds its go Yellow Tuff II's Knarley Knobbler tyres cw copy bars dx pedals sugino cranks ogk grips and a heap of bits from an old LBS that closed hope u like as is now my rider
