very nicely done. All OG and all correct. There was no Performer complete that early in '84, just the frame set, so there is no real "correct parts list". Based on the Performer ads (with Eddie siiting on the yellow one with white Tuffs) this thing is spot-on. a new fav!
I'll go out on a limb and say the stem is a Tuf-Neck (or Pro-Neck) and the seatpost clamp is a GT-branded SR.

Thanks for the complements guys...
This bike does have a Tuf Neck stem and for now a '85 GT SR seat post clamp... I will finish it off with a black Tuf Neck clamp and a black ariake jaguar seat.... Completes were built similar to this but an early build probably would of had SR chain wheel, spider and seat clamp...Dont know if this bike was a frame set or complete, both were available at the time, this one had Pro performer decals and, if they were original, should make this a complete...this one also has the GT 4130 stamp......
