Re: 1993 ELF Doublecross Pro Cruiser 24
I've decided to take it apart and rebuild it from the ground up with nothing but old school parts, it'll be hard and take some time to find them but i've decided to keep it.

Re: 1993 ELF Doublecross Pro Cruiser 24
I just relisted it ebay keeps giving me problems over their new anal rules. If they keep do it it again I'm just going to keep it. I don't even know how high it got to. Hate to get rid of it cause I havn't seen another 1993 24" doublecross cruiser but I can't afford all of them.

Re: 1993 ELF Doublecross Pro Cruiser 24
If you can hold on to it I still have most of the original parts my 93 came with. 24" elf's are harder and harder to come by. Your 92 looks good how many times have you gone down the street and seen one the same year or even the same style as yours?

Re: 1993 ELF Doublecross Pro Cruiser 24
I'm keeping it for good. I thought about selling it which led me to the museum. That in turn made me want to keep it. I have never seen anouther 24" in person. When I worked at RONS in the early 90s we built lots of 20s but mine was the only 24. The first ELF I saw at the shop had stickers like mine but they were brown instead of blue. Have you ever seen that? It was a mini that a guy I worked with had built for his kid. I think it was a 88 or 89 not really sure. Where in calirornia are you?

Re: 1993 ELF Doublecross Pro Cruiser 24
I'm in the IE not to far but still a distance. brown stickers you says that's pretty cool I've never seen or heard of them before but that's why I'm here also. I like the stickers on your frame better than mine it's that block leter type that makes it look more solid. a guy offered me $300 for my frame but my sentimental value is still higher. Your right no one's gonna give you what you want for it. The geometry sets it high so I can't do much on it except cruise I mostly roll my 20".

Re: 1993 ELF Doublecross Pro Cruiser 24
HAY ORION, I was the first owner and builder of this frame and proforx. I sold the bike on ebay 10 or 11 years ago. Regreated it ever since. Saw the bike 2 times on e bay in the years.I still have pictures of this bike, real cool to see it now! just so you know i ordered this bike in the fall of 94' I did change the frame stickers on it.added the blue jt racing sticker on the frame and that is a gt seat post clamp that I put a little jt sticker on.
really cool to see this bike again!!!!
if you ever want to sell let me know!!
