1981 Diamond Back Pro

Yet another DB Looptail in my collection

Yet another looptail Diamondback to add to my family of Diamondbacks. This one is a 1981 Team Pro with OG decals. Just purchased this from a guy in Washington and it's now with me in Jersey C.I. Plan to build this up soon but looks like it won't be until the new year. It will have a blue/chrome combo. Thanks for looking.

Re: 1981 Diamond Back Pro

Nice! As a matter of interest, what's the difference between a Team Pro and a Silver Streak? Is it sizing?

Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

Re: 1981 Diamond Back Pro

Team/Medium Pro and Silver Streak have the same size frame. The only difference is that the Team/medium Pro frame was full Cro-Moly whereby a Silver Streak had a Cro-Moly front triangle and a mild steel rear section

Very nice Shiva. Love the Diamond Backs. Got an 82 SS, an 83 SS and a 77' DB on the way. Look forward to seeing yours all done.

I'd rather beg for forgiveness, than ask for permission.
