A big thanks to super cool dude Tim Lane, GM at Oak Park Brewing Co. in Sacramento for allowing my son and I access to the Shaun Burner/S.V. Willams mural, Alchemizing. A cool place to grab a cold one, indeed. Gotta stop in for some eats & a cold brew. Cheers Tim . . .

I purchased this 99 Hemi Comp cruiser to strip and polish, and recreate my polished 99 Hemi Team (affectionately known as “The Pirate”). The previous owner had it power coated this strange orange color. As you can see, the color grew on me, and I ended up keeping it for this orange, black, and chrome colorway.Future upgrades will include aluminum forks & cranks, and a few other parts.

Re: 1999 Specialized Fatboy 24

Love it building one myself currently did you have to modify those box rear chain tensioners to fit the dropouts or did they fit from the box? Thanks for sharing

Thank you, looking forward to seeing yours. Yes I did remove some material from the top and bottom of the tensioners. They fit rear dropout channels perfectly, like they were made for them. wink  The Box Two tensioners are perfect for this, offering the least amount of material needing to be removed for sweet fit, with exception to the smaller washer type tensioners.

Thanks again for the kind words.

Re: 1999 Specialized Fatboy 24

Just ordered a set thanks, I am planning to do
the 24" frame tenniss ball green,  with white accessories. Should be difficult!
