In the 80's, I was riding the streets with Eric (Hutch), Jamie (GT), Jody (JMC), & Ronnie (Diamond Back). North Hollywood, CA to The Teen Center in Van Nuys, CA. The best LBS was The Pedal Shop, where I bought my first & only JMC frame, forks, & parts for my very first build...

Sweet.
What kind of post did you use?

thanks mang... the only laid back seat post I could find at a LBS was from RedLine (Laid Back seat post)... Really wanted a GT Laid Back post... but guess they don't make those anymore or have to order them online... will hopefully upgrade this bike a little more sometime in 2010.

thanks man... I love those dropout savers myself... have another pair in green... I bought them back around 1993-96 at a lbs (Europa Bicycles... recently just found out they relocated from Van Nuys Blvd. to Ventura Blvd.) in the San Fernando Valley... Surprise, the store was still in business... a lot smaller, no SE RACING bikes, but still open... No more VG dropout savers for sale though either...

This bike is sick, I am inspired to recreate the 1980 PK I had as a child as a pit bike now!

I don't know what I'd do if anything ever happened to my girlfriend. But first, I'd
probably burn my clothes....
I'm wasting my time trying to come come up with a good quote, so, out of anger, I'm going to waste your time by having you read this one.... Mr T pities the emos, thats why they're sad...
