Re: 1981 SE Racing OM Flyer 26

A few updates. Picked up some pretty trashed gen 2 bullseye hubs. Restored them back to glory and laced them to my 7Cs with some blue nipples and Phil Wood spokes. Swapped out the headset for a repop MX5 that Natsukashi just put out. I got tired of searching for an original. When one pops up I’ll grab it, but those things are impossible to find!

I also have a set of gen 2 Phil hubs on the way. May swap out the Bullseyes out when I have some free time.

I also swapped the ACS post collar for a Gen 1 Xcaliber.

Thanks man! Took it out for nice long ride this weekend with the local club. Good times in the NorCal sunshine.

Re: 1981 SE Racing OM Flyer 26

Decided to have this one refinished. I couldn’t stand the color it was powder coated before I bought it. I went with the OG SE baby/light blue. Turned out great. I’m waiting on my decals now. I’ll update all the photos after I get it finished

Finally got the decals for this (thanks gt350)! Rebuilt it with a couple of changes. Added a Redline brute stem and a Tioga sealed BB.
