2000 Specialized Fatboy Vegas TRX
2000 Specialized Fatboy Vegas TRX
2000 Midnight Metallic Blue Specialized Fatboy Vegas TRX Save
This Vegas was basically thrown in a deal as a parts donor for a frame I was buying. I didn't really look at it at the time. I just put it in the car with the frame I was really there to purchase, A 2000 Hemi Pro monocoque. After getting it home, I realized it was almost all there.. A nearly bone stock 00 Fatboy Vegas under the dirt and grime with beautiful midnight metallic blue paint. After buffing the paint, painting a few parts, adding a few parts I had laying around, and some new rubber as well as new decals, it turned out as you see it now. And to think it was headed to the bone yard... Bike is mostly finished with exception to headtube & chainstay decals. Damn! I forgot to remove that reflector...hahaha

Thanks again for the kind words, burd.
The setting is the “Sundial Bridge” in Redding Ca.
I made the drive up to Redding to purchase some parts from a guy, and met him in the parking lot there. I’d never been there, but I’m very glad I had the presence of mind to take the Vegas with me in case of a photo op.
