1987 Dyno Pro Compe Team
1987 Dyno Pro Compe Team
One of my favorite builds to date!
30 years ago I was really big into BMX, Had a 5' quarter pipe in Mom's drive way and Martin Aparijo and his PFT was my Idol. Back then my neighbor hood bike shop was a Haro dealer, so I rode the Invert, and later on a Shredder. I was always a GT head though my one buddy had a 87' GT Performer and my other friend had a Dyno Detour. None of us came from the money to own Team Model factory rider bikes but we went to 7-11 every day to loiter and read BMX Plus. We ogled over the RL Osbourn and the Team Master, and of course the Day Glow Pink Profreestyle Tour. Then One day I saw an Ad for the 1987 Dyno Pro Compe Team. How it came with all the high end Components like the Profreestyle but there was something different? The spinning system... and how the forks bent forward. it was just the BADDEST looking bike to me back then and still is! So After I built my Team Master, My Team Pro Freestyle, and about six other 86/87 Freestyle bikes I dove into this build. It took me a long time because I wanted to put my own spin on it and a small furtune to complete, but it was worth all the time and money. Its definitely one of my favorites!! I hope you guys enjoy it as well.

Re: 1987 Dyno Pro Compe Team
doesnt smack me right away .. but the longer i look at it the nicer it looks and the more i can appreciate how put together it is all around from parts to colors to stance etc
looking to buy a somewhat affordable 87 pft team model rider - mission impossible ? -payment plan
...
if not than an 85-87 pro world tour or pro freestyle tour complete as original as possible will do ...
the brighter or rarer the color the better ... thanks gents ... this site is heaven
