1982 Mongoose California Special

Survivor frame and forks Mongoose California special. I believe..

Picked up this survivor frame and forks and am told its a California Special. Not a mongoose guy normally so happy to hear info if its not. The rims and pad set kinda fell into place accidentally but looks pretty sweet. Wouldn't normally put Z's on anything other than a freestyler. Happy with the look though.
