1980 Diamond Back Large Pro
1980 Diamond Back Large Pro
Factory Specification Build
I purchased the bike as a complete, from a member, here, at the museum. However, it didn't include many era correct parts, for a factory spec build. I only used the frame, fork, stem, and cranks that came, with the bike. After, several years, of searching, for all, of the correct parts, I finally finished the bike. It was, then, entered into the 2015 Calendar Contest "Old School Class", where it won 4th place and was featured, in the month, of November. All, of the parts are original survivor finish, with exception, of aftermarket decals and reissue Tioga yellow label tires. I'd like to thank everyone, who hooked me up, with the parts to make this build possible. Original rubber is the hardest item to find. Especially, the blue OGK Mach I grips. Hopefully, some day I will find the correct IRC Diamond Back tires, for the bike.
