I saved this baby from the scrap yard! And now she's Rags to Richest

I got this on CL for a 100 bucks but it was kicked to the curb!
I'm happy with the way the restoring, came out can't wait to Cruz the beach with her

I remember seeing the frame & forks for sale on fleabay, and thinking how big of a hit the bike must've taken :o

I can't believe the way people mistreat bikes. It also amazes me how many people don't have any bikes and never ride them - poor miserable souls.

Awesome job on that bike. I had a flashback when I saw the before picture. I also saw that bike on the bay and thought "ouch". You've done a great job bringing it back to life.


I don't like kickstand holes in a Mongoose matchbox.

I don't know how I missed this build. Excellent results DH. This build reminds me of my left for dead Hemi mini rebuild. The thing looked like it lost a fight with a Steam Locomotive :D
