Rare 1983 (Tange made) Shogun; Parts list -O.G. Tange stamped Shogun frame and fork with original decals, -Original Shogun pad-set, -26” 1st gen. Redline Proline V-bars, -NOS SR stem dated 1983 with interlocking Tioga cover (screws into the top cap), -NOS Tioga headlock, -NOS Tange Headset, -NOS mx 1000 dated 1983 with matching black tech 3 lever, -Araya 20x1.75 shiny side NOS wheel set with Susue hubs dated 1983, -Cycle Pro 20x2.215 NOS front tire, -Chen Shin tyre 20x1.75 NOS rear, -Kashimax AERO mint seat dated 1982 with pat pen. Allen bolt guts, -NOS Tange fluted seat post, -NOS SR stamped seat clamp, -NOS Odi mountaineer mushroom grips, -NOS Tange Seiki bottom bracket, -Takagi 175x24 cr-mo cranks, -NOS SR chainwheel 44t, -NOS Tioga spider, -Mint KKT SMX ½” pedals,

Great build. Looks superb. That Shogun frame, with the looptail and the Tange TRX forks, appears to be almost identical to the 1983 Kuwahara Nova or the '83 Raleigh Chromo Burner - well, apart from the little headtube/downtube gusset. That's the only obvious difference I can spot. Tange made some really nice stuff back in the day.
