Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

@ Knapcoach- Those wheels look great in that color combo.

Still working on my Hutch.  Drive side crank arm isn't sitting flush with the Tuf-Neck disk so will make an adapter to shore up the gap.  Noticed that the seatpost clamp needs more polishing since it still looks a bit dull compared to the rest of the chrome frame.  Pulled the rear wheel awaiting the new Box freewheel that should be here next week to replace the junkbox that is currently there.

Hopefully I can get them installed later today or tomorrow.  All the red/gold definitely pops on this build.  Its been hanging on the stand for about 6 months now.  I too will build a Hutch someday.  When I was a kid, Hutch was the epic bike to have.  I just couldn't afford one back then.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

Have a few more hanging on opposite wall, but here's a preview of my current garage reorganizing project. A mess. Plan on bikes to stay hung in this area, kids ride on toys etc remain. Need to run conduit / outlet to this area so recharging stuff is essy.

Will have a workbench and few floor to ceiling cabinets over on left side replacing what's currently there. Want to set up my vice, a small drill press etc. Also small work space / storage area for my kids RC toys.

Nice! Like the flights.

My wife's Phat Bikes cruiser pictured above is about to get a 3pc set of chrome Sunday oem cranks, blue Neptune spider and MCS gear, plus a older but nice Profile euro bb. Bike has a int 3spd hub, had it since 2008. Few upgrades along the way :D

Yeah, figured I’d mix in a little BMX love to her cruiser… it’s a must!

Put retro Profiles on my girl’s crusier

I’m sure your wife’s rig is gonna look sick AF with that set up

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

Cleaned up the teeth a bit on the 25t. Wasnt bad just enough to get the slight chain groove out. Better chain alignment can avoid sprocket wear.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

when i looked at the first pic i thought it looked good but something wasnt quite right.  then i saw the next pics and said bingo auburns need tan wall tires.  much better.  same thing with the decals.  the decal and tire swap definitely completes it.   very nice

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

Like most, working on a few BMX/bike  related projects at present.

One that has my interest as is ALMOST at the ‘I have collected everything I need’ stage is an Australian BMX, an 85 Repco Team Hotfoot. I got the bike as complete but not all original but with many factory pieces and most important, that gave me the idea to do a factory (or as close to) build, is the original F&F decals that were nearly unscathed. Only had to add seat post decals. Slowly getting the rest but it’s a battle as per usual. Anyhow, progress is this:

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

Yup looks like they assigned the wrong bumpers to the wrong continents, we would have been better off with the ones you have and visa versa. Here we have the ultra tight bumper-to-bumper parking lots and high speed Autobahn and you guys have all the space and low speeding limits.
