Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?
I’ve been slowly reclaiming the Huffy heritage of this ‘81 Coast King CK6000 on a budget for a little while now. Still got a ways to go, but it’s coming along.
Needs some different wheels (supposedly have some yellow Troxel Trackmasters on the way but we’ll see if they show up), pedals, seat, padset, grips, and possibly chain.
Might try to find some 80’s 3-piece cranks eventually, but I don’t know a lot of Pro Thunders with 3-piece cranks Then again, I’ve already got a Tuf Neck stem on it, so why not?

23lbs of garbage. Built out of parts no one wanted basically. Turned out pretty sweet and light weight.

I think this bike turned out great. I had one of those Premium frames and I liked it. Then a meth head stole it.
I just finished this. Stem looks familiar...

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?
I’ve had some of this for a while, and some recent arrivals. But due to more pressing matters, I haven’t had time to mess with anything regarding bikes. But I decided I’m gonna take a break from all the crap, and sit down a build a bike. I bought this Subrosa Griffin (21tt) frame a month or 2 back. Pulled out some parts I’ve had waiting and some parts I wasn’t sure what their purpose would be.
Parts: Subrosa Griffin frame 21”tt, Fiend Investment Cast 20* offset forks,Cinema headset, FIT Brian Foster 48mm headset, 9.65” Animal Foursome bars, Blue Primo grips, Odyssey BlueBird 1/2 link chain, Animal V4 25t sprocket, Federal 22mm bb, 170mm Eclat Maverick Cranks, Odyssey Dugan Alloy Pedals, Animal Seat Post, Demolition “Matt Cordova” pivotal seat, Rant Party on V2 Female axle front & LHD Rant Moonwalker 2 (both are Rant Squad rims) Sunday Street Sweeper V2 2.4” tires (100psi) AND 1 kink inner tube and 1 Odyssey Air Supply Tube. (Though I may change some parts along the way, I usually do…)
“Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11

Thanks man, I like the way it turned out also. Figured gotta have the Premium stem to go with the frame since they were all the rage at the same time. What frame is that?

👍scrambler, nice!
If I had a nickel for every time I've been cursed by a puppet I would have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

That bike is my 2004 Haro Mirra Pro. I got it as a complete, second one in a year, so I built it up with mostly mid-school, dawn of the new school parts.
It looks more like a late 90's but has 36/48's, light weight stem, NS tires..etc. I need a MS sledgehammer.
I have a premium Low Pez scooter frame, but am keeping my eyes open for a nice 2010/11 Garret Reynolds. I found one complete in 2014, but it got stolen in 2015.
The scooter frames are fun though, but unrideable to and from the park lol!
