Re: 1985 Open Road Race Certified

Hey weird question on this does serial # on bottom start with th xx xx?  I have a similar bike and trying to figure out what it is.  If I look it up it comes as a being made by torker but they went bankrupt around 84 or 85.  Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
