1987 GT Performer
1987 GT Performer
Time machine that takes me back to my 12-year old self.
This is the first bike I bought after discovering the museum and getting the addiction. Clean survivor that is probably as close as I'll find to my the bike I earned from delivering many papers. The wheels are obviously Tuff IIs and not the original mags, and the stem isn't original either.

Re: 1987 GT Performer
Nice survivor. It's an 87 btw. 86 and earlier didn't have the bottom brake bar, and the decals are different, but nice none the less.
Growing up is not the same as growing old. What would you rather be?

Re: 1987 GT Performer
I still hold out hope that I somehow find my actual Performer that I stupidly just threw away while helping my parents clean out their garage years ago.
