1999 Dyno Detour with upgrades

here are some specs: Packman Dropouts on the front tire and back tire axles, Primo V Monster red tires on top of the line GT rims and wheels, GT Handle bars (mix between GT Show, tour, or dyno slammer handle bars), Gt gear, poverty 3 piece cranks, chrome color lightweight frame, Laid Back seatpost, GT competition grips with end caps, odysse brake cables, gt comp seat, gt show stem, oddesy gyro, 990 brakes with custom gt brake pads, and lastly gt grinding pegs.

I own this exact bike, sans the red V monsters and grips. i loved it it was my second detour i had a '98 but it was stolen out of my garage.

Are those the exact brakes that came with the bike? I am rebuilding the same bike and want to use the exact brakes it came with?
