Re: 1991 GT Pro Series

Pretty cool looking.  Reminds me of trying to tuck on my old Dart.  Does this have pegs on the rear for your feet?

Hi my name is Falkor and I have a bike problem;  I can only ride one at a time......

Re: 1991 GT Pro Series

Youtube it...  Some people seem to turn the frame upside down where the bb is up.  Looks pretty cool, but 60 mph is smokin on a bike!

Re: 1991 GT Pro Series

AS FAR AS FLIPPING THE FRAME, DO A LIL R/D TO GET WHAT YOU THINK FEELS AND HANDLES  BEST. THERE ARE A FEW OTHER LIL TRICKS ON GETTING TO 60MPH ( NOT JUST A BIG HILL) IF YOU DO SOME HOMEWORK  AND TINKERING AROUND, YOU'LL SEE WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. YOU CAN ALSO DO SOME SERCHING ON THE NET, LOOKIN UP SOME OLD BMX A MAGS WITH WOODY ON THE COVER GIVING A PEACE SIGHN WHILE FLYIN DOWM A  HILL. NOT SURE HOW FAST THEY GOT UP TO BITD. I DO HAVE A SPEEDO MOUNTED ON THE BARS, YOU CAN SEE IT IN THE PICS. ALSO IN THE CATCH ALL, LOOK UP G-BIKES FOR SOME OTHERS WORLD WIDE GPV BIKES AND VIDS

Re: 1991 GT Pro Series

Sweet bike! Brings back memories of us bombing down Lookout Mountain, flying past cars and roadies in their spandex! Ha!Ha! Scary stuff too like accidentally drifting too far into the oncoming traffic lane, you speed-checking me on your GXR and almost ripping your leg off getting too close to the guardrail and dicks who would race up next to us in their cars trying to figure out what we were riding and not giving us breathing room! Those were the days! Almost no fear back then.

Re: 1991 GT Pro Series

Bearings are the key. It doesn't matter what the shell is. I laugh when people talk about their hubs (bullseyes lets say) spin the best. It's not the hub it's the bearing!

This is a stock gpv, some guys have made up some custom frame and fairings. look it up on youtube lots of vids

Re: 1991 GT Pro Series

How about a unicyle front wheel? Then again you may hit your knees on the bars, and 60 mph may not be possble fixed gear:/

Joking aside, that GPV sport looks awesome, i can see why good brakes are required:)

This is awesome. I am definitely doing some youtube on this. 60 is crazy man. Sounds like the ultimate high though!
