1994 ELF 24

"Elfonzo," aka "the Fonz" ... UPDATE, 03/2012: TRADED

I started out on BMX bikes in elementary school, switched to road bikes in high school, and then took up running in my 30s.  When my son started riding his BMX bike with me on my runs, I got the bug again and found this ELF on Ebay.  What a knockout!
The three words I'd used to describe this bike are light, quick, and nimble.  It tracks the ground so well it almost feels like it has suspension.  I may be biased, but it seems to me ELF was always a bit ahead of the curve.
I bought this bike thinking I'd just use it for sedate cruising around the neighborhood.  Little did I know I'd have my U.S.A. BMX card less than one year later.

Re: 1994 ELF 24

I just read your little blurb on what you were planning to do to this bike and was quite amused to see that I had done pretty much what you had planned to do all along, that's pretty cool!
