Is It too hard to see that logo? That was the best pic I could get of it. I even noticed one little piece of weld spatter on the crossbar. So narrows it down that they are probably not real good bars. I bought them brand new and I put a handlebar pad on right away and after I took it off, I noticed the price sticker still on it $32.99, that was around 99 or 2000.

they look like slam bars,of course, there are a lot of bars looking just like slam bars, but the logo throws them off.however, they could be taiwanese slam bars,I dont know if S and M makes parts overseas, but if they do,that's a good bet right there.

All S&M bars were made by either CW, GT or in house.
