2009 Haro Freestyler
2009 Haro Freestyler
My Second 09 Freestyler
I guess this is still mostly stock; only made the changes listed below to give it a little old-school flair. The last pic is what it looked like completely stock; the changes are a vast improvement IMO. I wish they had included 990 mounts on the forks, or at least a couple of cable guides, but what can ya do?
I like this bike a lot. Still a little heavier than my mid-80's Masters, but the TT is a few inches longer. It feels solid, rides smooth, and stops on a dime now that I put those clear pads up front. An excellent daily rider!
New 48 spoke Alex Y303 wheels w/ Haro hubs
New Kenda K55 gumwall tires
New RL Flight cranks
New Peregrine disc (repop)
NOS Tech 5 levers
New Front brake (883 from Porkchopbmx.com)
Tuf Neck seatclamp (drilled out to fit the wider seattube)
New RL Layback seatpost
New Dominator seat (from Porkchopbmx.com)
NOS Legal Action pegs

Nice bike. I have one as well that is all original. (Thinking of changing the brake cables to a green or blue color and possibly a front brake as well.)
I like your changes.
