2010 GHP Pro

Replica of one of my favorite bikes.

#21 of 100
(SOLD) I owned a 1984 GHP Pro and a 1985 GHP Pro II and they were the best handling racing bikes I'd ever swung a leg over. Regrettably, I sold both in 1988 to fund another project. As soon as I heard about the remakes being available, I jumped all over it.
I wanted to build it all up with period correct parts, but as we all know, that can be expensive and time consuming. Not only that, I wanted a bike I could ride on a daily basis and not worry about scratches and dirt, etc. I will be much more meticulous with the cruiser that's due in a few months.
I ended up with a mix of old and new on this bike. Proper cable clamps and a padset and I am done.

Re: 2010 GHP Pro

Dude Thank You For the kind words!  This bike is sweat! I don't know much about it,but instant Flav. :D ! I have a few Friends that R ragging on me to build it the way I had it when I took the paint off! I just got the font down tube decals made up and Wife is picking up the head tube and top tube decals next week! What I did back in the day,was took off the paint and left it chrome and had a shop re font the main tubes for me,so back it goes! I found a kick ass girl, that throws down at printing , so Thanks Also For Flavoring The Master! Late Ken !

Re: 2010 GHP Pro

It rides just like the one from way back when. Only I don't remember mine feeling as short in the front end as this one does, but since I'm not much bigger than in the first picture, I guess it's just my memory failing.... :)
