nice ride. i think it's a little newer than 84. i think the angled fork bottoms started in 86.

That's a sweet fox i must say, it looks to be in great shape, all mt's are getting very rare to find so you better hang onto this one...are you going to do anything else to it?? you take care and if you want to know anything about them i'm the king when it comes to MT'S, OK realfox is the man to when it comes to mt racing haha!!!! have a good one

I just picked up another Silver Fox. This one is chrome. Do the serial numbers mean anything?? M 840005668??

they had the angled fork bottoms as early as 84

That is sweet.The silverfox was my first BMX bike and I traded it for a mongoose. After I bent the frame on a jump gone wrong. The kid approached me.
I was excited to have a mongoose and get rid of my bent frame which looked like a GT performer.
