Bike looks good but one thing. The down tube decal is backerds. The red band goes to the front. :/

Re: 1981 Mongoose Supergoose

Moza, No I do not think so...I had this one powdercoated white.
lambohah, thanks..... for the dowtube decal, i know i screwed up 2 builds by putting the orange to the top. i guy i met thru ebay who lives in biloxi, Ms where I am from pointed that out to me. I have another set of repros that i am thinking about using to fix if I cant find another supergoose that is in good shape to build. No luck and I have been looking. I just hate to burn a complete set just for the downtube but perhaps worth it. I have finally completed that bike and will update pictures soon( except for dowtube). i have a 80's blue powdercoat that I did the same thing too.. Put the downtube decal on backwards...

Re: 1981 Mongoose Supergoose

I`ve almost done it before. It`s easily  done. One thing tho, not trying to be picky or anything because I could very well be mistaken myself. The bands on the seat stays, aren`t supposed to be gold?
