1988 Boss Pro Team

A tribute to my first Boss.

I like my other Boss so much I decided to build a second.  This one, however, will be ridden. I started out with a 1988 Boss Team Model frame and forks along with a set of Boss Pro bars. Both received new chrome. The balance of the parts include a Revcore pro stem, seat post and seat post clamp; Kashimax Aero seat; Dia Compe MX 1000 rear brakes with new Mathauser pads; Takagi 180 mm 1-piece cranks with sealed Tioga bottom bracket; SR MTP 100 sealed pedals; SR chainring with Tuf Neck disc; Ukai rims with Suzue sealed hubs and blue/grey Tioga Comp III tires; and Tange MX3 headset with Hutch 2-N-1 headset lock.  All parts are NOS or fully restored.

Re: 1988 Boss Pro Team

Serious parts on this build and as great as the pics are, they don't do this beauty any justice.  tongue

Re: 1988 Boss Pro Team

Really nice Boss man! Real Clean. Love the touches of blue and gold. Looks a little naked without pads but kick arse nevertheless. cool
