1984 Skyway T/A XL

Here is my freshly finished 84 T/A XL. This was a early morning CL find in a pretty rough area of the Bay Area. It is thought to have been one of the Factory Team Riders bikes (possibly Medranos), and when I found it it was the frame, forks, and bars with a bunch of junk to make it rideable. I have checked with numerous sources and the belief is that 5 sets of these forks were made for team riders due to the dropouts cracking, and this one makes 3 known to be left around (1 in OZ). This has been restored with NOS decals, and 84 dated graphites.

Pedals: Skyway Graphite

Wheels/Tires: 1984 dated Skyway Graphites with Blue/Grey Comp III

Stem: ESP 1st Gen

Pads: Skyway Race

Seat/Post: Kashimax Aero with GT Post

Seat Clamp: DC Hinged

Headset/Lock: Tange 320 with Locknut
