NOS 1981 SE Racing Ripper! Built to replicate the June 1981 BMXA test bike

I know a lot of people cringe and turn their cheek to building up NOS framesets, but I after I bought this, I decided to go ahead and start looking for parts and when I had all of it...I would decide to either build it or display it as a kit. I opened up some old magazines, looked online for some ideas. I found the bike I wanted to replicate. In June of 1981, they did a test on the PK Ripper and Ripper, that was it, that was the bike I wanted to build.

I had a NOS set of Rad Pads, NOS SE Mini Bars already, so i was off to a good start! Finding all NOS parts was not a easy task but a kept looking!! Buying parts here and there, trading with other members....I found it all but the Suntour chainring (still looking for one...so if you have one...hook me up!!!)
