1994 GT Performer with NOS and new parts

Found this one on line, it appeared as if it sat in a garage or barn for 23 years and no one ever rode it. It had the Odyssey Pit Bull rear brake on it, first time I ever saw one. It had the GT fan blade wheels. It was just crusty. The decals were still bright though, with the age cracks you can see when you look close. The fork's chrome was peeling away. the chain was rusted stiff. The original GT tread tires were rotten about off. The frame's chrome is ok though. A little aluminum foil polishing removed the superficial surface rust. Unfortunately the left side "Performer" decal was torn, so I replaced the whole set with reproduction "Jaw Dropper" decals. I had the forks triple chromed. As with every bike I get, I take it down to the last ball bearing and clean, re grease or replace. I like to ride these bikes so I upgrade them with modern parts. It got a sealed BB, 175mm Rant cranks, Haro Fusion pedals, KMC Z410 chain, new Odyssey cables, Z-Mag wheels, GT grips, Tektro brake levers, GT 2 bolt seat clamp, Odyssey Hollow Bullets on the back, Shimano 16T freewheel and my all time favorite Maxxis Hookworms. I love these model/ year Performers and Vertigos with these decals. I built a twin bike to this one too. It's almost identical except the bars were cut (I think) and it has a round chain stay spacer where this one is square. Thanks for looking.
