1997 GT Speed Series Team XL Spin Wheels
GT Box Series Team SPIN (XL)
This bike was originally purchased in 1997 but as a result of the well publicised world wide recall, the frame was swapped over by GT (AUS) for a '98 version. Eventhough there was nothing wrong with it, they paid for the local bike shop to strip it down and then reassemble it with a brand new supplied '98 frame.
This explains why this bike has all factory original '97 parts on it (except for the tyres, grips and pedals which I have stored away in nos condition for the future).
Love riding this bike, it's an absolute shredder.
