1985 ESP Racing

1985 ESP Racing, super lite "Speed demon"

I bought this bike in Northern California. The person selling it said it was a Redline "NOT." After doing hours of research on the bmxmuseum, I found a old post about ESP Racing bike company.

I sent the Original owners son Eddie Siegmund a email.
He was extremely nice, and confirmed my frame was
a ESP Racing Frame.
He said he quit Racing in the Mid 80s, and he thought this frame was built after he retired. I have since found a 24 inch ESP Racing bike on the Museum and the Original Racer who owns it, said in his post, The frame without the extra "Brace/ wishbone" was the earlier frames. The extra Brace/ wishbone was added on later frames due to them cracking / breaking.
This is one of the best built & lightest frames I have ever owned.
ESP Racing of Texas is in The Texas bmx "Hall of fame"
I decided to build it up with parts I had and really like the way it turned out.
This is The 10th ESP Racing Frame in bmxmuseum and is one of 2 known ESP Frames built without the extra Brace/ wishbone.
She has a few Racing scars, but she still looks Ready to Race.
Please enjoy looking at some Real Rare Bmx Racing frame History.
