1985 SE Racing Quadangle Freestyler
85 Freestyler Quadangle.
I bought this 1984 Quadangle Freestyler at Peddler's July 08 swap meet.
The year was unknown (due to rattle can yellow caked on) but we knew it was early 80s. I took it home & removed the yellow paint to see the serial#07 85 27##. In late 1985 Is when SE started to have the wheel stays continue past seatpost mast (once again) & onto top tube. Not like mine... wheel stays stop at seatpost mast. My version was the last of the 84 parts but serialed numbered 1985. It came with the ACS mags, 1pc cranks ect. I pulled the black seat cover & found a purple Kashimax seat also(score). Many more changes coming soon & color change- Candy Blood Red with a handful of metal flake. As of today Sep 9th she is torn down & about to be bead blasted. I bought this ride for Basicly the Frame only all other parts won't be used. Thanks for checking out another one of my projects. Update-12/12/08 she is all stripped to bare metal & ready for powder :) I have plenty of Standing Gear Forks now for it also :D
