BITD (mid 70's) I remember many of us BMXrs aquired parts from 10 speeds, taking off parts and placing them on our bmx bikes to improve performance. The development of BMX was just getting started. Back Then, the Squareback had many imperfections in the plating procces and for sure wasnt the "Pretty" looking Bmx bike. That didnt come till a few years later.
