1979 Redline Microline in Original non-metalic red
Restoration with Araya 7x's, Sun Tour Stem, Takagi one-piece cranks, KKT pedals, Dia-Compe 890 brakes, Kasimax seat and Microline Bars
Traded a 1979 Mongoose for this Microline back in 1980. Passed it down to my brother, he left it at Mom's and I snagged it back. Closest "off the shelf" paint color match I could find to the original non-metalic red offered in 1979 was Honda Milano Red which is still available from Dupli-Color. Bike is on display in my geeked out 70's pool table room along with vintage Pioneer HiFi and various 70's artifacts. Cheers!
