Phase
II was a company started by a guy named Ernie Smith He was the father of
a kid who was 5 or 6 and raced minis. Their home track was Peachtree City
Ga and they raced NBL. His bikes looked like SRP's because he bought out
SRP [STAYLEY RACE PRODUCTS]and changed the name.
