1994 Morales Flatland 1st gen
Flatland specific frames,meet your maker!
this is the first version of the morales flatland frame, which hit the market in august 1994,I bought 3 of these frames while still in presales, and this is the third one, which I had stowed away until 2005,so it has only two years of use.I use this alternately to my other bikes, because as any hardcore flatrider will know, bikes also need a rest,so as to not lose their "spice"as i would say.this is basically the same setup, only this was setup previously to the yellow one ,which is actually a replica i built of this one.wilkerson 1993 fork,hp superpro rims, suntour coaster hub, modified, poverty 2 piece bars,no brakes,165mmm mongoose takagi cranks,gt power series 43 t sprocket,gt platform pedals,16t rear cog, tioga kashimax freestyle seat, previously owned by mark eaton(check dorkin 5),s and m redneck, with the wedgie jackson bolt,gt epoch headset, camacura barends, cheap rubber grips,gt santa ana chromoly post, morales clamp, and a rear susue sealed hub on the front, which actually rolls better.alloy standard type pegs, odyssey pegs on the front, andmuch more importantly, standard axles, front and rear.
