1981 Mongoose
81 Goose with Skyways
My 81 Mongoose Motomag project. Still got plenty to do on this one as you can see. Frame is one of the cleanest I have seen since back when these were new! Has original cranks and sproket, and sucky rat trap pedals that will soon be history. Neck is polished GT, bars are CW style with AME grips. Has a kick back seat post of unknown manufacture, with a dorky seat that my son loaned me just so we could ride it. When I bought it, it had no wheels so I got some new sealed bearing Skyways "I always wanted them BITD but never got em". The group shot is of my Supergoose this bike and my sons 79. I'll send more pics when I get it finished.
