2001 Mongoose CRX
Dr. Smooth and the Goose that was!
Picked up this build from a friend who bought it on ebay off the 50/50 store " Fuzzy Hall's bike shop". It must have been a good 3 years ago, he bought 2 ,kept one in the box and i puchased this one last week 4-24-08 . The plans are simple make this bike look the way Craig Reynolds rode "SMOOTH". So far I'm off to great start, she's got a: pair of OG S&M race bars , S&M Challenger stem, and a slightly used pair of S&M RACE XLT forks. Don't be surprized if you see this bike later with a black rim / hub and white spoke combo. 5/6/08 I have reason to belive that this frame was made for the Chi-town hustler himself, the bb shell is stamped REYNOLDS, I've asked other owners if theirs were , sofar all have said no.
