1982 MCS Magna Cruise 26"
A NOS STRONG SURVIVOR
Purchased via internet, opened box and noticed how peppered in surface rust this frame was. A day off and a lot of steel wool and polish to achieve a glowing, clean shiny finish. I looked the frame over and noticed that the dropouts were free from any wear what so ever, thinking this might be NOS. It will be my daily rider, and will finish her off with 26 X 1.75 polished Araya's, gold anodized high flange Sunshine hubs, gold anodized nipples, DT spokes, comp 3 tires, Sugino cranks 1 pc., gold Sugino 40T ring, gold MKS pedals, gold Suntour headset, chrome Profile cruiser bars, gold Dia-Compe MX1000 rear brakes, Shimano SX lever, Flite yellow/chrome anodized pads, gold Suntour seatclamp, silver fluted seatpost, black diamond stitch padded saddle, and my big butt.
