Bob is a great guy with a good sense of humor. He always has a story, and has been riding bikes for over 60 years now. His theory is that bike riding keeps him young! (ride to live, live to ride). His adventrures spand most of the kown world, and he usually rides by himself.
I had the honor of riding with him during my last trip to Thailand. I was on his wifes bike, that he graciouslly let me use. Let me say, although I consider myself a decent cyclist, it was tough to keep up with this "old guy". he credits daily beer drinking as part of his success.
He will usually stop at noon, for a beer or 2, and again at 5, nearer the house.
I hope/plan to be riding when I am 70 myself..
