The frames were painted other than that this bike was built with 99% original owned parts that have just been cleaned a little, so yes there are scuffs and scratches.I would like to put another neck on and plan on lacing araya 7B's on low flange shimano hubs which I also still have and I know the grips are generic!The DG Skibel is next.I am also looking for a couple uni shims.

Original owner lucky enough to have most of the original parts to get it back together along with a Super Pro me and my bro raced in the day. I'm not 100% sure on the year.
