1984-85 Cyclecraft Cruiser
Cool Mid-school cruiser!
A friend of mine found this bike at a yard sale for $80 and sold it to me. I have spent a couple of months digging up parts and painting it. I used rattle cans to paint it and it turned out great. I am unsure of the exact year it was made, but I'm sure it's mid-late 80's. The parts are: Cyclecraft 24" frame and fork, Odyssey Dynatron headset, DK inverted cruiser stem, Boss "Team Model" cruiser bars, A'Me grips, GT seatpost, Elina seat, DK seatpost clamp, ACS 860 Brake w/Dia Compe lever, Sugino 170mm Maxy Cross alloy cranks, Tuf Neck 41T chainring, Suntour XC-II pedals, ACS chain, Shimano 18T freewheel, Suzue large flange hubs, Ukai speedline rims (NOS before I laced them up), Tioga Comp III tires. The decals aren't the same design as the ones that came on the bike, but they are as close as I could find. It rides great and is lighter than it looks! The rims were a massive score, thanks to abombdrummer! The only parts remaining on this bike from when I bought it are the bars and stem.
HERE is what the bike looked like when I bought it.
